it’s the second time i buy this vape and it stops working within two weeks, constant leaking and pods burn so easily :/ super disappointing

firstly i paid for express shipping, 11 days later i get a message from customs in germany saying i have to pay an additonal 15 euros for import!!!! like name me one other company that does that, so not only i spend an extra 10 euros for 2-3 days delivery but there is also a good chance that i won't even see my package cause customs are asking for the invoice and you guys have failed to provide me with AGAIN WHAT COMPANY IN THE WORLD doesnt send an invoice?!?!? this service is horrendous and completely UNACCEPTABLE i want a refund immediately !!!!!!!

The product is fine, but this has happened to me many times, the company takes ages to ship it, even though I pay for next day delivery… This time it took over a week and I've gone on holiday by the time the product arrived

The products are fine but really disappointed by the delivery, I ordered for next day delivery and it still hasn't arrived, a week later… This isn't the first time this has happened with this company, really poor delivery and they charge a lot for delivery charges
