Shipping & Return Policy

AFINIX SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY;

All parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Shipping hours for Royal Mail services are from 8am to 2.30pm, and DPD are from 8am to 12.30pm.

Any orders placed outside of the working hours/days (including bank holidays) will not be shipped until the next working day.

Additional notes:

We cannot cancel/edit or change order details once they have been packed and processed.

The DPD Next Day method does not offer a Saturday delivery, however the Royal Mail Next Day does.

Royal Mail, DPD and other couriers may experience delays; Afinix cannot be held responsible for these delays as we have no control or influence over the parcels once they have left the warehouse and have been marked as 'dispatched'.

We can only accept Returns for damaged or broken goods; if the order you have received is not correct you will be issued a refund or store credit - the shipping fee will only be compensated if the incorrect item was the only item in your order.
