Shipping & Return Policy

AFINIX SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY;

All Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday only. Shipping hours for Royal Mail services are from 8am to 3pm, any orders placed after the cut-off period (3pm) will be shipped the next working day. We cannot cancel/edit or change order details once they have been shipped. Any standard orders placed outside of the working hours/days will not be shipped until the next working day.

All Premium shipping services (next day delivery) are shipped from Monday to Friday only. These are shipped between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday, anything ordered after will be shipped the next working day. We cannot cancel/edit or change order details once they have been shipped. Any 'Next day delivery' orders placed outside of the working hours/days will not be shipped until the next working day.

Additional notes:

Royal Mail, DPD and other couriers may experience delays; Afinix cannot be held responsible for these delays as we have no control or influence over the parcels once they have left the warehouse and have been marked as 'dispatched'.

We only accept Returns for damaged or broken goods, if the order you have received is not correct you will be issued a refund or store credit - the shipping fee will only be compensated if the incorrect item was the only item in your order.
