I had quite a few issues with my order over the past five months. I originally tried to place my order through the website, but it didn’t work properly, so I had to go through email to complete the purchase. The process took a long time, which was quite frustrating.
However, once the team finally responded, they handled everything very quickly and helped me through the whole order. Their customer service was great once I got in touch with them.
I just hope that next time the website works smoothly, as that would make the whole experience much easier.
Regular customer but still have not received my order which I placed over two weeks ago.
It has been 7 days since i ordered this product however it has not arrived not. This is very unpleasing will have to consider where I purchase from on my next order
The parcel is rejected by the post office and it has been sent back to your guys, I would like a refund asap please

Ordered because of the strength and it’s not 50mg by a long shot maybe 20 at best but hey I guess that’s the legal limit in the UK.. nice flavor but strength on it is definitely just there to sell crappy juice for cheap. 5/10

Put this in my smok novo 5 and it doesn’t taste of anything. Delivery also took a long time
really like these because they don’t burn like the typical mint ones.
Only thing is they smell a bit funky after use and should be cleared out daily
it’s the second time i buy this vape and it stops working within two weeks, constant leaking and pods burn so easily :/ super disappointing
firstly i paid for express shipping, 11 days later i get a message from customs in germany saying i have to pay an additonal 15 euros for import!!!! like name me one other company that does that, so not only i spend an extra 10 euros for 2-3 days delivery but there is also a good chance that i won't even see my package cause customs are asking for the invoice and you guys have failed to provide me with AGAIN WHAT COMPANY IN THE WORLD doesnt send an invoice?!?!? this service is horrendous and completely UNACCEPTABLE i want a refund immediately !!!!!!!
