My smok doesn’t hit properly and in the beginning wasn’t even working and now it charges but not fully it does after a couple of hits and it’s not the chargers issue because I’ve tried multiple and the smok gives the same reaction

My vape liquid never arrived and I’m still waiting

my order never came they still havent shipped its been over a week and usually they send next day which is so odd
