I am still yet to receive this parcel.

I placed my order before the new year and it still hasn’t arrived… I tried asking the post office and they said the might send it back?

I didn't receive the item but they still sent me the email to review it
It took them ten days to dispatch it and im assuming it got lost in the mail

I have enjoyed it and had afinix from friends before but this doesn’t hit like normal 50mg and is a lot weaker than I was expecting.

i ordered it and played for fast shipping at the beginning of the week. then it took over a week for it to arrive.

I am using afinix quite a while now this site, products and customer services are brilliant and always get things what I need definitely recommend this site for quality products and great customer services

I love the size of the device but the pods are such a let down. I ordered 3 packets and all 9 pods came leaked and I used one after wiping it and it tastes very abnormal and almost had a burnt taste. I wish they had refillable pods because i am always satisfied with the juice but these pods aren’t the same quality.

Tastes just like strawberry chupa chups, no harsh pull just like all the other flavours I've tried. 1000% recommend if you like that. Delivery came in 2-3 days after ordering.

I had quite a few issues with my order over the past five months. I originally tried to place my order through the website, but it didn’t work properly, so I had to go through email to complete the purchase. The process took a long time, which was quite frustrating.

However, once the team finally responded, they handled everything very quickly and helped me through the whole order. Their customer service was great once I got in touch with them.

I just hope that next time the website works smoothly, as that would make the whole experience much easier.
