**UPDATE**

The Royal Mail are experiencing a backlog caused by their numerous strike dates. Please read through the main Shipping Policy and Shipping Methods pages for the relevant information regarding these delays, just so you can make an informed decision on which method to choose.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (8am-3pm GMT).

Any orders placed after the cut-off time of 2.30PM GMT (12.30pm for DPD) will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be shipped the following working day, we have a small collections window on Saturday morning for Royal Mail orders however we cannot guarantee that an order will be shipped due to workload and the collection time.
